xzx3 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the player") and xzx3 ("the platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account on xzx3, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

xzx3 is an online gaming platform that offers slots, live casino, bingo, table games, instant win games and jackpot games. The platform operates with PKR as its native currency and supports deposit and withdrawal methods accessible to players in Pakistan, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer.

xzx3 does not claim government regulatory approval, PTA certification or any formal gambling licence in Pakistan. Players are responsible for understanding the legal context of online gaming in their own jurisdiction before using the platform.

2 Account Eligibility

To open and use an xzx3 account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are using the platform for personal entertainment, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of an xzx3 employee.
• Your use of the platform is consistent with the laws applicable to you in your location.

3 Registration and KYC Verification

You are permitted to hold only one account on xzx3. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different names, phone numbers or email addresses — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all accounts associated with you.

All information provided at registration must be accurate and current. xzx3 will carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification typically requires:

• A valid government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport or driver's licence)
• Proof of address where required
• Verification of the payment method used to deposit

KYC documents are processed by the xzx3 compliance team. Providing false, altered or borrowed identity documents is a serious offence that will result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — username and password — secure. xzx3 is not liable for losses that result from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login details.

4 Deposits

All deposits on xzx3 are processed in PKR. The platform supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfers
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfers
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers
• Bank Transfer — standard online banking
• Debit/Credit Cards — where supported by your issuing bank

Deposits are credited to your xzx3 account in PKR. The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed in the deposit section of your account. xzx3 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

xzx3 only accepts deposits from accounts or payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing using someone else's payment account is not permitted and may result in the funds being held pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can only be made from a fully verified xzx3 account. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal will be processed:

• KYC verification must be complete and approved.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled or the bonus must be forfeited before withdrawing.
• The withdrawal must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless explicitly approved otherwise by the support team.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is shown in your account's withdrawal section.

xzx3 processes withdrawal requests in PKR. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers are typically fastest, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank. xzx3 will notify you when a withdrawal has been dispatched from our side; delays after dispatch are outside our control.

Repeated withdrawal requests and cancellations may trigger a review of your account. This is a standard fraud prevention process and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

xzx3 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time the offer is claimed, in addition to the general conditions below.

• Bonus funds are separate from your real money balance. They are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus (and in some cases the deposit) must be played through before the resulting balance can be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games are commonly excluded or contribute at a reduced rate. Check individual promotion terms.
• One bonus can be active at a time unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• xzx3 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence it was obtained by exploiting a technical error, through abuse of multiple accounts or by any other improper means.

Bonuses that have not been used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and the bonus funds will be removed from your account.

7 Gameplay Rules

xzx3 offers games across six categories in its lobby: slots, live casino, bingo, table games, instant win and jackpot games. Each game type has its own specific rules, which are available in the individual game information pages within the lobby.

Game results on xzx3 are determined as follows:

• Slots, table games and instant win games — outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG). Results are independent on every spin or hand.
• Live casino games — outcomes are determined by real dealers performing physical actions (spinning roulette wheels, dealing cards, rolling dice) in a studio setting. These are streamed live and results are final as shown on the stream.
• Bingo — numbers are drawn randomly in scheduled or continuous sessions. Your ticket results are determined by which numbers are called.

Published RTP (return to player) percentages for slot and instant win games represent long-term theoretical averages across millions of game rounds. They do not represent expected returns for individual sessions. A game with 96% RTP does not return PKR 960 for every PKR 1,000 wagered in a single session.

8 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on xzx3 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, legal action:

• Opening more than one account under any name, phone number or email address
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to interact with the platform or influence game outcomes
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live casino poker variants
• Exploiting glitches, errors or technical faults in games or the platform
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform for illegal financial transactions
• Depositing or withdrawing using payment accounts that do not belong to you
• Providing false identity documents or information during KYC
• Threatening, harassing or abusing xzx3 staff or other players

xzx3 monitors platform activity for suspicious patterns and reserves the right to withhold funds and investigate accounts where prohibited behaviour is suspected. Investigations may take time. During an investigation, access to the affected account will be restricted.

9 Responsible Gaming

xzx3 takes responsible gaming seriously. Every account holder has access to the following tools through their account settings:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly and monthly PKR caps on how much you can deposit
• Session reminders — time alerts during gameplay
• Self-exclusion — temporary or permanent restriction of access to the platform

11 Account Termination

You may close your xzx3 account at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method following standard processing.

xzx3 may suspend or permanently close your account if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested
• Suspicious activity is detected on your account
• You provide false information during registration or verification
• Regulatory or legal obligations require it

In cases of account closure for breach of Terms, xzx3 reserves the right to withhold balances where those balances were obtained through prohibited activity or in breach of bonus terms.

12 Liability

xzx3 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we aim for continuous uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical outages can occur. xzx3 is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

xzx3 is not responsible for:

• Losses resulting from your gambling decisions
• Internet connectivity issues on your end that affect gameplay
• Delays caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider during deposits or withdrawals
• Losses due to your failure to protect your account credentials

xzx3's maximum liability to any player in any circumstance is limited to the PKR balance held in their account at the time the claim arises. This does not affect your statutory rights.

13 Changes to These Terms

xzx3 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

Continued use of the xzx3 platform after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a material change, you should close your account before the change takes effect.
